Hi, I'm Ashley!
Along my >15 year fitness industry journey I have been involved by various styles of exercise, now preferring to blend the knowledge of all of these to design unique and effective workouts..
As an Exercise Physiologist I am passionate about research and being guided by the evidence based best practices for exercise delivery and prescription.
I am passionate about providing an affordable and accessible option for mums/birth parents who find it difficult to fit in regular structured movement in the months following birth. Flexible structure designed to incorporate baby while you exercise ensures that bubs feel included in the session. Infants all the way to childhood ages are welcome (crawling/walking is absolutely allowed!).
Having recently been through the journey to parenthood myself, I feel even more strongly about helping other women and birth parents have the best and healthiest possible early parenthood with regular engagement in safe and effective exercise. In my experience, there seems to be so much fear around knowing what exercise is safe and how much you can do postpartum. So it's my aim to provide mums and birth parents with the confidence to exercise, blending elements of Pilates, resistance training, yoga, body weight training, functional movement and interval training to develop unique sessions to keep you motivated and challenged to just the right extent.
